I am Paul

I built Metron because an increasing number of wealth holders feel a certain level of dissatisfaction. The world feels like a much more complicated place than even just 10 or 20 years ago.

I am helping you to live in alignment with your values, tailored to your specific circumstances, and calibrated for the reality we are all sharing.

Where I come from

I grew up hypersensitive to how people around me feel, which from early childhood instilled an urge to help others. Over time I expanded that ambition from helping family, friends, and neighbours to making the world a better place for everyone.

I spent three years at McKinsey & Company working on corporate sustainability and social impact, where I developed the analytical rigour and advisee-management skills the work requires. I then joined Regeneration Group as COO, where I worked directly with UHNW advisees on exactly this interface: values, wealth, and impact. Over my seven years in the field, I co-authored the Theory of Wealth framework with Regeneration Group and the Ownership Project at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and the Influence for Good report with Ashoka, McKinsey, and others.

My academic background spans various disciplines that in their own right are trying to make sense of world and reality. I hold an MSc in Physics, an MA in Philosophy, and a certificate in Positive Psychology.

I am based in Berlin, Germany and work with advisees across Europe, the US, and beyond, travelling to wherever the engagement is best held.
